This glorious sunset was taken on the island of Maui, looking across the Paniolo (cowboy) Channel, about eight miles across to Molokai. The island of Oahu is seen in the far left corner.
About Kirsten Giving
I have been taking pictures since I was young. I love the outdoors and enjoy taking landscape and botanical photos. With my lifelong interest in and study of interior design and architecture, I greatly enjoy taking pictures of buildings, interiors, and art. I have pursued my love of art and creation by making collages with many different themes. I am also interested in the Aboriginal arts of Australia, Pointillism, Dot Art, and watercolors.
