This beautiful hole of the Dunes at Maui Lani Golf Course in Maui is a Par 3 but requires carry over a lake. Gentle hills surround the back and edges so a ball won't go much beyond the green. Ah, but getting it far enough is the problem! The course is on the isthmus between Haleakala and the west Maui mountains, over ancient sand dunes, once covered by ocean.
I have been taking pictures since I was young. I love the outdoors and enjoy taking landscape and botanical photos. With my lifelong interest in and study of interior design and architecture, I greatly enjoy taking pictures of buildings, interiors, and art. I have pursued my love of art and creation by making collages with many different themes. I am also interested in the Aboriginal arts of Australia, Pointillism, Dot Art, and watercolors.
