A California desert landscape for those interested in mountains, clear sky, water, grasses, and a variety of trees. This scene was captured at Cathedral Canyon Country Club, early one morning, shortly after the sun arose over the Coachella Valley desert. This setting is found at the beginning of the golf course and alongside the club house, with restaurant.
I have been taking pictures since I was young. I love the outdoors and enjoy taking landscape and botanical photos. With my lifelong interest in and study of interior design and architecture, I greatly enjoy taking pictures of buildings, interiors, and art. I have pursued my love of art and creation by making collages with many different themes. I am also interested in the Aboriginal arts of Australia, Pointillism, Dot Art, and watercolors. I have included some of my work in various Collections. I am a retired teacher, play golf, travel, camp, make jewelry, read, paint, make collages, and sew. Thank you for viewing my galleries.
