The desert scape around the Rancho Mirage Library uses plants which grow beautifully in the desert and require little water. They are planted with order and simplicity, set off by the neutral tones of sand and stones. Rocks add accent colors. The interesting, custom-made wrought iron fence lends necessary security while looking almost like it were made of natural branches.

I have been taking pictures since I was young. I love the outdoors and enjoy taking landscape and botanical photos. With my lifelong interest in and study of interior design and architecture, I greatly enjoy taking pictures of buildings, interiors, and art. I have pursued my love of art and creation by making collages with many different themes. I am also interested in the Aboriginal arts of Australia, Pointillism, Dot Art, and watercolors.
