Lahainaluna High School was founded in 1831. It is located on the slopes of the West Maui Mountains in Hawaii, with a spectacular view out over the city of Lahaina and the ocean. The two islands of Lanai and Molokai are about seven miles across the channel. The sun sets behind those mountains and students can see it from everywhere on campus.
I have been taking pictures since I was young. I love the outdoors and enjoy taking landscape and botanical photos. With my lifelong interest in and study of interior design and architecture, I greatly enjoy taking pictures of buildings, interiors, and art. I have pursued my love of art and creation by making collages with many different themes. I am also interested in the Aboriginal arts of Australia, Pointillism, Dot Art, and watercolors. I have included some of my work in various Collections. I am a retired teacher, play golf, travel, camp, make jewelry, read, paint, make collages, and sew. Thank you for viewing my galleries.
