Artist's Description

I was interested to see the technique used to refill the cruise ship I was about to depart in Galveston, Texas. Instead of being hooked up to a place on shore to obtain fuel, this enormous barge, pulled by a tugboat, was soon to be connected to the ship. I am always amazed at modern, technological innovations in industry.
