Description
The Pavilion for Japanese Art in the Los Angeles County Museum of Art has exterior/interior walls of a tough translucent material which allows natural daylight to filter through. This is a sepia version of the original. Visitors to the pavilion walk along ramps, viewing art as they move between several floors, along the building's edges. The third floor is flat and displays ceramics, paintings, and sculpture.
